Thank you for giving us the chance to help you with your vacation needs. Some homes have linens included, but most require you to bring sheets and towels. Linen service available, but please call to arrange first. We require a minimum of one nights rent for a security deposit. It is refundable as per rental agreement. A reservation fee is required on all rentals which is non refundable. Security deposits and reservation fees are due in cash at check in or by check in advance. All rent is due in advance at check in or before. |

All Holiday bookings require a full payment 30 days in advance and are non-refundable unless 30 day notice has been given. Rates and policies subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. In most cases the lower rate on the price is for mid-week stays. The highest rate represents Holiday and max occupancy. Maid service available with advance notice for an additional fee. Christmas, New Years & Thanksgiving bookings require a min. stay. |
