This spacious three bedroom home boasts a two-story layout with open, indoor, and outdoor living spaces with a hot tub, BBQ, WiFi, game system and new furniture all designed with comfort and entertainment in mind. Walking distance to Bear Mountain Resort shuttles and local coffee and sandwich shops and across the street from the Moonridge corridor walking path.
The space
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and smart TV with Firestick. Upstairs second bedroom has a bed bunk bed and twin bed. Upstairs third bedroom has three twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Newly remodeled with new appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. This home offers smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub in private gazebo, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Front deck and fenced backyard.
